Due to increasing cases and holiday travel, we are changing our Covid-19 policy.
With so many people visiting relatives and traveling over the holidays, to maintain the safety of our patients and our staff, we are implementing the following changes:
Prior to each appointment, patients will be emailed a Covid-19 survey of symptoms and risk factors. This needs to be completed before seeing your VCDC provider.
Those who have risk factors (recent travel, attendance at an unmasked gathering, known exposure, Covid-like symptoms) will be required to provide proof of a negative PCR test collected within the 72 hours prior to the appointment.
Every person over the age of two years must wear a mask over the mouth and nose while in the VCDC facility. Acceptable masks include surgical-type disposable masks and N95 equivalent respirators.
We strongly encourage vaccination for all eligible individuals. Each member of our team has been fully vaccinated.
